Fan Points rewards students for showing up and cheering on their school. They scan a QR code at the game, earn points and trade them for rewards. Your athletic office gets live scores, stats and a crowd that keeps coming back.
Students go where their friends go. Fan Points turns every game, concert and event into something worth showing up for, and gives the office the tools to run game day from one place.
Points for every check-in, double-point nights, shout codes, class battles, prize drawings and badges for coming to many games and many sports.
Live scores, box scores, season stats, player cards and recaps for every team, not just the big ones. Parents follow along from anywhere.
Games, rewards, sponsors, drawings, the gym display and reports, all from one admin page your athletic office can learn in an afternoon.
The office puts the game's QR code on the gym display, a phone or a printed sign. The code changes every 30 seconds, so an old photo of it doesn't work.
Students scan with their phone and sign in with their school Google account. Parents and fans use the fan site with any email.
Every check-in counts, with extra points on big nights. The gym display shows the crowd count and the class battle live.
Students spend points on rewards the school chooses: food, gear, front-row seats, parking spots. The office hands them out with one tap.
Each person gets the view they need, and only what they're allowed to see.
A game manager scores from a phone with big, simple buttons. Fans see the score live, and the season stats build themselves.

Open the display on any TV or projector. It shows the check-in codes, the crowd count, the class battle, the live score and your sponsors, and updates by itself.

Stream a game on your school's own YouTube channel, and Fan Points adds the graphics: the score bug, the starting lineup, players on fire and big moments, timed to match the video.

Fan Points runs inside your school's own Google account. Names, grades, check-ins, photos and stats are stored there, under your school's control, not on our servers.
Everything about your students lives in your school's Google Drive. Our licence server only checks the licence and sends updates; it never receives a student's name or email.
Every action is checked on the server. Coaches see only their team. Codes change, expire and can't be reused. Each school's install has its own private key.
Public pages show first names and last initials only, and only when the team shares stats and the player allows it. Player photos need two staff approvals.
We set Fan Points up with your athletic office, in your school's Google account. No servers to buy, no app store, no IT project.

No. Fan Points runs in the phone's web browser. Students scan the QR code with their camera and sign in with their school Google account. Parents and fans use the fan site with any email.
A Google account for the school (Google Workspace for Education works), someone in the athletic office to run it, and a phone, tablet or screen to show the check-in code at games.
In your school's own Google account. Our licence server never receives student names or emails. It only checks your licence, sends app updates and keeps a health check so we can help if something goes wrong.
The check-in code changes every 30 seconds and works only while the game's check-in is open, so an old photo of the code doesn't work. A student would have to be sent a fresh code by someone in the stands at that moment.
Any coach or game manager the school adds, from their phone. A student can be a game manager with the coach's request and an admin's approval. The office can also do it.
